SPRING BREAK IS UPON US! WITH SCHOOL OUT THIS WEEK, HERE ARE A FEW THINGS TO KEEP YOU AND YOUR FAMILY BUSY DURING THE BREAK.

March brings warmer weather, budding flowers, a taste of Summer, and more importantly – Spring Break. This is a great opportunity to spend quality time with your children by taking them to fun events around Dallas. Here is a list of things to do we gathered from Visit Dallas that would be perfect for the whole family!

Visit A Museum

There are so many options of museums in Dallas with exhibitions your kids will love!

The Nasher Sculpture Center

The Perot Museum of Nature and Science

Wildlife Adventure Spring Break Camp at the Dallas Zoo

The Dallas Zoo is hosting five days of spring break camps for kids (Pre-K through grade 5) to explore the zoo, animals and habitats through the lens of science. Learn all about the animals feeding routines and habitat design!

Spring Break Safari Week at Texas Discovery Gardens

Enjoy the outdoors with dozens of crafts and activities including nature walks, storytelling, a butterfly release and much more!

Spring Fling at Klyde Warren Park

Picnic lunch or food available from food trucks
Kick off Spring with fun 80’s and 90’s themed music, followed by a skateboarding half-pipe demo, break dance competition and concert featuring Hip Hop Hooray! Let the kids cool off at the children’s water park or play with larger-than-life blocks.

Whatever you do, make sure you are present with your kids during this time. Quality time together is crucial for parental bonding and the nurturing of your children. It means the world to them!
