EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW COMING INTO THE 2018-2019 SCHOOL YEAR AT CLAIRE’S DAY SCHOOL.

We are excited to kick off the new school year at our new Northaven location. The Summer term made many new memories in the new building, and we expect the Fall to do the same. But before we can kick the new year off, we have some housekeeping to go over.

PARKING LOT SAFETY

As we come into the 2018-2019 School Year at Claire’s Day School, it is important to know the protocol in our parking lot to keep your kids as safe as possible, while making drop-off and pick-up as efficient as possible. Our parking lot is one way only, with the school entrance off Northaven and the exit off Quincy, which is the northbound service road of Dallas North Tollway.

If you are dropping your child off in the carpool line where they will be escorted into the building by a staff member, please pull into the right lane. The left lane is for Parent’s Day Out cars to pull through to the parking lot, where you are able to park and bring your child inside.

We ask that you keep your speed under 5 mph and stay off of your cell phones while driving on Claire’s Day School premises.

TUITION

Tuition for the school year was determined before registration began in January and listed on the registration form that you signed and returned.  Tuition is averaged and billed in equal installments each month from September through May.  Every month is the same rate regardless of how many actual school days are in a given month.

Most registered students have pre-paid September’s tuition for PDO, and the morning tuition for Preschool.  Per the registration sheet, PDO will be billed the yearly supply fee, and Preschool students will owe the Fall semester supply fee, as well as any afternoon tuition (Stay & Play or Enrichment classes).  You will receive an email with your September invoice within the first couple of weeks of school.

You may choose to have a credit card on file to be charged automatically each month.  Visa, MC, Discover, & AMEX are all accepted.
