Easter Crafts To Do With Your Toddler At Home
EASTER IS NEARLY HERE AND THERE ARE SO MANY FUN EASTER CRAFTS TO DO WITH YOUR TODDLER OVER THE WEEKEND THAT WE LOVE YEAR AFTER YEAR!
Easter is such a fun holiday to celebrate with your little ones. Between the Easter bunny, egg hunts, marshmallow peeps and more, there’s tons of holiday fun to be had. Check out a few or our favorites!
Doily Easter Chick
This Easter chick crafts from Crafts On Sea is perfect for most ages and makes for great fridge decor! The materials needed are minimal and inexpensive too. Any type of paint can be used, but we recommend using a watercolor that is easy to get out of clothes (just in case.) It might be a good idea to do this activity outside as well.
Egg Carton Bunnies
These Easter bunnies made from egg cartons from Red Ten Art are a great one to do with the kids. Depending on your child’s age, you may want to cut the cartons and pieces up for them. The egg carton shape might make it difficult for them to safely cut themselves. But the rest of the craft is toddler friendly and a ton of fun!
Shower Sponge Chicks
Another chick craft for the kiddos! This one is even easier than the first and is perfect for younger children. You can even change up the colors and make rainbow chicks, or add different pieces to make Easter bunnies. Get ready to get your hands dirty!
Color Sorting Eggs
We love a craft that involves learning! This egg sorting craft from Teach Me Mommy is a fun way to incorporate fine motor skills and learning colors. Click the craft link for an egg template to cut out the necessary pieces to play the game!
While we always love to have fun on holidays such as this, it is also important to spend quality time with your family and kiddos, teaching them what the holiday is all about. Spending time with grandparents and the elders of your family is important as well, making memories for all, young and old. Your little ones won’t stay little forever, so cherish it!
Let us know if you try any of these crafts! We would love to see your child’s creativity.
